The results obtained are the extractive factor which has an effect of 0.91 with the indicator (X₈) of the R² award of 0.32 and λ 0.57 that the motivation to get the award has an effect on academic engagement in this case the GPA. The instrumental factor is 0.06 with the indicator (X₃) of education R² of 79% and λ of 0.86.
